Inviting users
Solesca is a collaborative platform, and we encourage adding your teammates. To do so, click the "Invite" button in the upper-right of either the main page (https://app.solesca.com/projects (opens in a new tab)) or the settings page (https://app.solesca.com/settings/members (opens in a new tab)). Enter the email(s) of the people you'd like to invite. If there are multiple emails, separate them with a comma. Once you click "Send invite," emails will be automatically sent to those users with a link they can use to sign up.
Permission levels
Solesca has three permission levels:
Owner: Has superuser power, can perform any action.Admin: Can change organization logo and name and manage API keys, but cannot promote other admin.Member: The standard permission tier; has full functionality but cannot change organization information or view API keys.
Note that each permission level inherits the permissions of the underlying levels;
e.g. an Admin has all the permissions of a Member plus some.
You can change the permission level of a user by click on their permission dropdown and reassigning it to a different level.
You may only promote other users up to your permission level; e.g. a Member may not promote someone to Admin.
Deleting users
To delete a user, you can click on the permission dropdown and choose "Remove." You will be prompted to re-enter your password for security purposes before confirming the deletion. This will soft-delete the user in our system, meaning their projects and designs will still exist, but they will no longer be able to sign into their account with their credentials. If you would like to fully remove all projects or designs created by a user, please contact us.
